Knob & Tube and Aluminum Wiring Replacement in Larkspur, CA
Knob and tube wiring was state of the art a century ago, and aluminum branch wiring was a cost-saving shortcut in the 1960s and 70s. Both are common in older Larkspur neighborhoods, and both create real fire risk as connections loosen and insulation crumbles. Unique Electrical Services replaces knob and tube and aluminum wiring in Larkspur, CA with grounded copper.

Look for these signs in older Larkspur homes

- Warm cover plates or a plastic smell at outlets
- Flickering lights that no bulb change fixes
- Two-prong outlets throughout the house
